Meet Our Team
SIVA SANKAR
Noval Waste Management was founded by Siva Sankar in 2014 after his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. He also holds a B.Tech degree in mechanical engineering form National Institute of Technology Calicut.
He has diverse experience in oil and gas sector as engineer with HPCL Refinery, in automobile sector as brand manager for Nissan, and in Agro-machinery sector through an internship with Massey Ferguson.
His concept of using sustainable power generation through algae was selected as Global 100 ideas of 2013 by Schneider Electric Inc.
Inspired by the vision of integrating a social business with his passion in engineering , Siva Sankar, has founded Noval Waste Management (NWM) to tackle the problems of managing solid waste generated by organisations, communities and household. He spends most of his time in the department of innovation and product development within the company.

RONEY VINCENT
Roney Vincent is the co-founder of Noval Waste Management. He brings with him experience in Sales & Marketing from both B2B and B2C spaces. He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and also holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Calicut. Prior to Noval, he worked with Larsen & Toubro in the Heavy Engineering Division, where he handled clients like ExxonMobil, Shell, Marathon Petroleum, KNPC etc. He began his career at John Deere as a Territory Sales Manager for south coastal Andhra Pradesh.
His experience at Innovation Alchemy Bangalore, where he worked with social enterprises in the waste management field, motivated him to start Noval. At Noval, he spends most of his time in dealer development & network expansion.
